WEEK 1

                                       Cut the PCB board according to the circuit size.

 Printing process to the PCB board using iron.

                                                                       Etching process to remove cooper at PCB board.

                                                             Clean the PCB with the sand paper to remove the ink.

                                                                                                  Drill the PCB hole.

                                                                    Solder the component or item need into the PCB.

                                                                              A complete circuit.

 

                                                                                     Check the continuity test of circuit.

WEEK 12

To Preparation and Present about the project

Assessment sheet presentation is about problem statement (explain clearly the need of project), slide presentation (discuss literature review, explain the objective and the Methodology used in the project and discuss the progress of the project) and technical question.

The presentation will start on 12/04/12 (Thursday) week 12 and all FYP Degree sem 1 will present their project. Each student will be examined by two checks, the first inspection I was Mdm Siti Afifah Bt Mohshim and second examination, Mr. Shamsul Zahari Bin Shahidin.  My Assessors are also many suggestions for my project and insyakallah I will propose my ideas on Assessors to my supervisor Mr. Ahmad Bin Che Suhairi Rizuan.

WEEK 11

Summary of Chapter

As the summary of chapter, in the project’s methodology, there have two parts which are hardware development and software development. In the hardware development, the block diagram and the main component must be identified. These components are used based on their characteristics which are suitable for the device’s operation. In the software development, the program of device’s operation must be design and coding. Before design and coding the program, the flowchart of operation must be done to make sure the device’s operation is same with the specification. 

WEEK 10

Work Plan

The time frame allocated for the project development is 6 months. It will start in January 2012 and to be complete in November 2012. The Gantt chart for the project is shown as in Table 1 below.
